Turner & Townsend is looking for a Senior Contract Manager to join the team, working on major Data Center projects in Belgium. This is an ideal role for a quality driven professional with excellent communications and client management skills, looking to work on large, impactful projects.

In this role you will be based on site in the North of Belgium working on, among other things:

- Supporting the Contract Administration Team where applicable to establish a 12 month look ahead.
- Reviewing construction contracts and maintain an up-to-date tracker of all contracts.
- Reviewing/compile necessary amendments to the construction agreements.
- Ensuring a positive collaboration between the Contract Administration Team and the client.
- Managing multiple stakeholders.
- Overseeing the Contract Administration Team in the quality assurance/quality control of deliverables and tracking KPIs.
- Developing and implementing new automated templated for all construction governing agreements.
- Maintaining and end to end contract guidance document.
- Reporting on general team and programmatic performance.

**Qualifications**
- A minimum of 7 years of Contract Management experience on large scale construction projects.
- Data Center experience is preferred but not a requirement.
- Track record of achievement in Project Controls, with a formal qualification in cost management or quantity surveying
- Excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving abilities
- Have full professional proficiency in English written and spoken language. French or Dutch proficiency is preferable.
- Experienced in developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders and comfortable with being client facing.
