Make your mark for patientsWe are looking for a Gene Therapy Outsourcing Scientist who is organized, collaborative, and quality-driven to join our GT Analytical Sciences team, based at our UCB campus located in Braine-l’Alleud, Belgium.About the roleYou are going to play a key role in coordinating outsourced analytical activities that support gene therapy development and manufacturing. You will ensure smooth collaboration between internal teams and external partners, while maintaining high standards of quality, compliance, and efficiency.Who you will work withYou will collaborate with cross-functional teams including Excellence Operations, Compliance, Documentation, Analytical Project Leads, and QA. You will also engage with external partners and vendors to ensure successful project execution.What you will doYou will coordinate outsourced analytical activities for Gene Therapy Analytical sciencesYou will be responsible for ensuring timely project delivery and support Excellence Operations team for management of vendor relationships.You will monitor project progress and ensure compliance with regulatory and quality standards.You will support lab coordination tasks such as planning, documentation, and training.You will contribute to continuous improvement of outsourcing processes and tools.You will ensure accurate documentation in appropriate systems.Interested?For this role, we are looking for the following education, experience, and skills:You hold a Bachelor's degree in a scientific discipline.You have experience in a laboratory or analytical environment.You understand GMP and regulatory requirements.You can manage multiple priorities and lead cross-functional projects.You communicate clearly and work well with internal and external stakeholders.You are fluent in English, both spoken and written.#genetherapyAre you ready to ‘go beyond’ to create value and make your mark for patients?
