Vos responsabilités

Vous travaillerez en tant que stagiaire en analyse d'investissement au sein du département du bureau d'investissement. L'équipe s'occupe des investissements au bilan (obligations d'Etat, obligations d'entreprises, produits dérivés, etc.), de la gestion de trésorerie et de la sélection/analyse de fonds pour les produits en unités de compte (branche 23).

Pour ces derniers, Athora recherche pour ses clients les meilleurs fonds disponibles sur le marché en travaillant avec les plus grands gestionnaires de fonds tels que Blackrock, Fidelity, Nordea, etc.

En fonction des besoins, vous soutiendrez les opérations quotidiennes et/ou vous vous verrez confier un projet spécifique, qui peut être lié par exemple à ce qui suit (liste non exhaustive) :

  • Mettre à jour les soldes de trésorerie, réconcilier les positions de trésorerie quotidiennes.
  • Initier des transactions pour le bilan (obligations, forwards, futures, IRS, CCS, swaptions, etc.) dans le cadre d'investissement et les limites prédéfinies (dv01, cs01, etc.). Assurer le suivi de l'exécution des transactions et vérifier les prix obtenus.
  • Examiner les processus, optimiser les rapports et automatiser les tâches récurrentes afin d'améliorer l'efficacité.
  • Examiner et optimiser le cadre d'analyse des performances existant pour la sélection des gestionnaires de fonds externes (les fonds sont composés d'actions, d'obligations et d'éventuels produits dérivés).
  • Effectuer l'analyse des investissements et la sélection des fonds sur la base d'une analyse quantitative (risque/rendement, bêta, max drawdown, ratio de sharpe, etc.) et qualitative (équipe, processus, style : par exemple, croissance vs valeur, etc.)
  • Utiliser Morningstar Direct et Bloomberg pour automatiser/optimiser le processus d'analyse des fonds.
  • Présenter votre analyse à votre gestionnaire de manière claire et synthétique.
  • Soutenir les questions opérationnelles de B23
  • Effectuer d'autres tâches ad hoc pour aider l'équipe à faire face à la charge de travail (comme l'examen KYC ou d'autres tâches administratives), et travailler à l'automatisation de ces tâches.

Votre profil

  • Vous êtes inscrit(e) à l'université, de préférence en master (ou diplôme post-master) dans un domaine économique avec une spécialisation en finance/investissements ou dans un domaine quantitatif (maths, ingénieur ou actuaire).
  • Vous avez un intérêt marqué pour les marchés financiers : investissements, fonds, gestion de portefeuille.
  • Une excellente connaissance d'Excel est essentielle.
  • La connaissance de VBA est obligatoire.
  • La connaissance de Bloomberg/Morningstar est un atout supplémentaire.
  • Vous avez de bonnes aptitudes à la communication et êtes capable de résumer vos conclusions de manière simple et compréhensible.
  • Proactif et capable de travailler de manière autonome sur un projet.
  • La maîtrise de l'anglais est obligatoire. Le français et le néerlandais sont un plus.
