Waar ben jij goed in? Daarna zet je je volgende stap: duik in een specialisatie, coach nieuwe supportmedewerkers of doe mee aan diverse projecten waarbij jij de expert bent in customer support. Je hebt een afgeronde Hogeschool bij voorkeur in de richting van financeel, bedrijfskundig of IT (of bewezen werk- en denkniveau).
