Are you ready to make a significant impact on the future of network infrastructure at a large-scale international company? As our Senior Network and Infrastructure Manager, you will be at the forefront of designing, implementing, and optimizing our global network and infrastructure. During a major digital transformation and network upgrade, you will serve as the Network Architect, driving seamless connectivity and robust security across our LAN, WAN, and cloud environments.
This is an exciting opportunity to lead the strategy and deployment of cutting-edge network solutions. You will work closely with internal teams, external partners, and stakeholders to deliver high-performance, secure, and scalable infrastructure solutions, leveraging your deep expertise in Cisco and Palo Alto technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
Network Architecture & Design: Spearhead the design and implementation of advanced network solutions, including LAN, WAN, SD-WAN, and hybrid cloud networking, to support the company's growth and digital initiatives.
Infrastructure Modernization: Play a pivotal role in driving the modernization of the network as part of the company's ongoing digital transformation.
Security & Compliance: Oversee the implementation of security best practices, including firewalls, VPNs, and corporate security protocols, ensuring the highest level of protection across the network.
Performance Optimization: Guarantee high availability, redundancy, and reliability, optimizing network services to ensure smooth and uninterrupted business operations.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional IT teams, external vendors, and managed service providers to deliver seamless integration of network solutions.
Project Leadership: Lead network infrastructure projects from conception to deployment, ensuring successful delivery, on-time execution, and alignment with business objectives.
Troubleshooting & Support: Serve as a senior escalation point for critical network incidents, ensuring swift resolution and minimal impact on operations.
Documentation & Standards: Develop and maintain comprehensive network policies, procedures, and documentation to ensure consistency and adherence to best practices across the organization.
Requirements
Key Requirements:
Experience: At least 5 years of experience in network architecture, design, and implementation, with a focus on large-scale enterprise networks.
Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge of Cisco networking technologies (routers, switches, wireless) and Palo Alto firewalls, as well as experience with enterprise LAN/WAN, SD-WAN, VPNs, and network security.
Routing & Switching Protocols: Proficiency in routing and switching protocols such as BGP, OSPF, and MPLS.
Cloud Networking: Familiarity with cloud environments like Azure and AWS, as well as hybrid networking solutions, is a strong advantage.
Project Leadership: Proven ability to lead and manage network infrastructure projects, collaborate with global teams, and manage external vendors effectively.
Academic Background: A Master's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
Certifications: Relevant certifications such as CCNP, PCNSE, or equivalent are highly desirable.
