Als workforce planner van Déhora help jij organisaties bij het verbeteren van hun personeelsplanning. Op basis van jouw achtergrond en kennis krijg je verschillende projecten toegewezen. De ene keer verzorg je de planning van techniekers of chauffeurs. De andere keer plan jij veiligheidsagenten, zorgkundigen of baliemedewerkers. Je leert elke dag iets bij, geen project is dezelfde. Je ultieme doel is om impact te maken door middel van personeelsplanning.
**Een Déhora topplanner?**
Elke organisatie kan de hulp inroepen van een Déhora topplanner. Bijvoorbeeld wanneer een van haar vaste planners ziek valt. Of als er nood is aan extra expertise of hulp. En daar kom jij in the picture, onze topplanner Voor een vaste periode van 3, 6 of 9 maanden word je ingeschakeld bij de opdrachtgever. Dat kan een KMO zijn, of evenzeer een multinational. Zodra je project ten einde loopt, hebben wij ook meteen een nieuwe opdracht voor jou.
**En wat maakt jou een Déhora topplanner?**
De gezamenlijke ervaring, de kennis en de drive van je Déhora collega’s. Zo ziet je dag eruit. Elk project en elke organisatie is een beetje anders, dat maakt het net zo leuk. Telkens neem je een blik achter de schermen van een nieuwe opdrachtgever. Maar in grote lijnen ziet jouw dag als topplanner eruit als volgt:
- je verzorgt de planning van medewerkers op de werkvloer, of op de baan;
- als spilfiguur hou je nauw contact met medewerkers en klanten;
- je volgt veranderingen goed op en je communiceert ze naar alle betrokkenen;
- je maakt dag
- week
- en maandroosters;
- je maakt gebruik van allerlei software. Van Excel tot specifieke toepassingen voor planning;
- je zoekt proactief naar oplossingen
- als het brand (plotse ziekte, werkdrukte,) help jij mee blussen
- je neemt deel aan projecten die door onze ervaren consultants worden geleid;
- je maakt rapporten en je houdt statistieken bij over de prestaties van de planning.

Dit vragen wij van jou*
- je hebt een bachelor of master diploma op zak;
- je bent een energieke ‘spring in het veld’ met een hands on mentaliteit;
- je bent best handig met computers en software (Excel,..)
- je hebt een flexibele en positieve ingesteldheid;
- je kan goed communiceren naar collega’s en klanten;
- je bent sociaal en je legt gemakkelijk nieuwe contacten;
- je hebt oog voor detail en je levert alles nauwkeurig af;
- een gezonde dosis lef, maar steeds met respect;
- je bent klantgericht en je durft initiatief nemen;
- je praat zeer goed Nederlands, Frans en Engels
- ervaring in een gelijkaardige functie (planner, dispatcher, logistiek bediende ) is geen must, wel een plus(je).
