**Functieomschrijving**:
Als **Project Support Coordinator bij Perfact** ben je verantwoordelijk voor het ondersteunen van Project Leaders (PL) en Program Managers (PM) door middel van de volgende taken:

- Coördineren en opvolgen van projecten gedurende de volledige levensduur, van start tot afronding.
- Bewaken van het projectbudget, financiën en documentatie (inclusief het beheer van contractuele documenten).
- Volgen van de planning van belangrijke projectmijlpalen in SAP, zodat de PL's hun projecten zo efficiënt mogelijk kunnen organiseren en uitvoeren.
- Invoeren en bijwerken van projectmijlpalen in SAP PS en/of Excel, en zorgen voor de juiste controle en opvolging om de uitvoering van het project te waarborgen.
- Coördineren van het budgetbeheer van het project in SAP PS en Excel, zodat het bedrijf de voortgang van de financiën kan volgen.
- Ondersteunen van PL’s en PM’s bij het efficiënter beheren van de budgettaire, financiële en administratieve aspecten van de projecten, evenals de planning.
- Het opstarten van de projectdossiers conform de instructies van de PL/PM en zorgen voor de goedkeuring en validatie van deze dossiers door de juiste besluitvormingsorganen.
- Zorgen voor de administratieve opvolging van inkoopaanvragen, bestellingen en leveringen en het coördineren van het inkoopproces met leveranciers.
- Opmaken van ‘eigendomsoverdracht’-documenten wanneer de gevraagde leveringstermijn is overschreden en opvolgen van werkorders (WO) en extra bestellingen.
- Zorgen voor de tijdige afronding van documenten zoals ontvangen-protocollen, veiligheidsclausules en attesten om het dossier af te sluiten en bankgaranties of betalingen vrij te geven.
- Beheren en/of bijwerken van werkinstructies met betrekking tot het opvolgen van projecten om transparantie te waarborgen en een uniforme dossierbeheer te garanderen.

**Functie-eisen**:
Voor deze functie breng je het volgende mee:

- Minimaal een bachelor diploma of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
- Georganiseerd en gestructureerd werken met een kritisch denkvermogen.
- Een goede teamspeler.
- Zelfstandig, nauwkeurig en klantgericht.
- Effectieve communicatieve vaardigheden.
- Bij voorkeur tweetalig (Nederlands/Frans) of een goede kennis van de andere taal. Basiskennis van het Engels is een plus.
- Grondige kennis van Excel (rapportages) en ervaring met SAP is een pluspunt.
