Associate Director Marketing BenNor

**What will your responsibilities be at bioMerieux?**

Within the framework of bioMérieux guidelines & strategy, the position will be responsible for implementing the marketing strategy for the BioMérieux products to maximize BenNor business (Nordics, Benelux) and managing the microbiology marketing team by translation the global message into an appropriate action plan for the local product managers (PMs). This is a combination of product and strategic marketing management.

Main accountabilities are:

- Designs, builds and implements the Marketing Strategy for the Cluster based on the overall Global Marketing Strategy while leveraging specific country knowledge and adapting to local needs and opportunities.
- Actively acquires customer insight & market data and identifies the position of bioMérieux in the Microbiology market for exploring the potential growth on the market.
- Provides concrete data on the market trend for the reference markets. Reports regularly on the new events in the market such as new government policies, markets need, competitors activities.
- Effectively promotes meetings and opportunities with Key Opinion Leaders, organizes and manages Scientific Events to market bioMérieux Microbiology portfolio.
- Co-ordinate training effort with sales management team to strengthen our strategy and solutions selling across the clinical portfolio.

**About you**
- Degree in Biological Sciences/Medicine or equivalent
- Master in Marketing /Communication/MBA
- Previous experience in managerial role on Sales & Marketing with international companies
- Experience in sales training, commercial excellence & sales capabilities Development
- Key account management activity
- Experience from Diagnostic Market with Microbiology/ Molecular experience will be considered desirable
- Customer Orientation
- Good contact/Relations with Key Opinion Leader in IVD Microbiology Market
- Strong communication skills
- Strong leadership & influencing skills
- Autonomy, Organisation
- Team working, interpersonal skills
- Ability to travel minimum of 50% of the time depending on business needs and external environment
