Als lab technician ben je verantwoordelijk voor het correct uitvoeren van chemische en instrumentele analyses op diverse materialen zoals grondstoffen, afgewerkte producten, productiestalen en milieumonsters.

**Jouw taken**:

- Je staat in voor het uitvoeren van kwantitatieve en kwalitatieve analyses van non-ferrometalen en onzuiverheden in grondstofmonsters.
- Je staat in voor het analyseren van binnenkomende stalen a.d.h.v. de voorgeschreven leidraad analyses van het labo.
- Je voert en evalueert de kalibraties en de controlemonsters uit van de verschillende analyseapparaten in het labo en in de productieafdelingen.
- Je analyseert de productiestalen.
- Je analyseert de afgewerkte producten en milieustalen.
- Je staat in voor het correct rapporteren van de resultaten in het centraal informatiesysteem.
- Je valideert de resultaten in het centraal informatiesysteem.
- Je neemt actief deel aan aan verbeteringsprojecten op vlak van veiligheid, kwaliteit en doorlooptijd.

**Jouw profiel**:

- Je beschikt een bachelordiploma Chemie of je bent gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
- Je hebt een sterke affiniteit met analytische/anorganische chemie.
- Je beschikt bij voorkeur of een eerste ervaring in een labo (inclusief stage).
- Je bent sterk veiligheids
- en milieubewust.
- Je bent een echte teamspeler al kan je ook zelfstandig werken.
- Je bent sterk in plannen en organiseren.
- Je spreekt vlot Nederlands en Engels.
