Afin d'assurer son développement, notre client recherche activement un Supply Chain Assistant
En Binôme avec la Supply chain manager, cette fonction consiste à assurer de multiples aspects des flux d’achat et de vente des produits ainsi que la facturation.
Votre mission sera la suivante:
Vous assurez l’intégration des commandes Clients (Grande distribution) via la plateforme EDI dans notre Logiciel de gestion (Mercator) Vous assurez l’organisation de la préparation administratives des commandes (nos marchandises sont munies de numéro de lots) avec notre entrepôt situé dans une ETA. Et suivez le suivi de la progression de la préparation de celles-ci. Vous vous occuperez également des statistiques mensuelles Vous assurez la coordination dans l’organisation des transports vers les clients (1 à 2 fois par semaine) ainsi que les demandes de prix et les mises à jours des transports internationaux.
Votre quotidien consiste également dans la gestion documentaire de toute la supply chain dans notre SharePoint ainsi que vers la comptabilité externe.
Vous assurez le suivi l’organisation et la facturation des commandes des clients belge (aussi via EDI) Vous assurez les petites commandes de fourniture de bureau
**Votre profil**:
Le profil recherché est le suivant:
Avoir de l’aisance au niveau informatique, SharePoint, Outlook, Excell, One Note.
Avoir déjà travaillé au départ d’un logiciel de gestion (ERP). La connaissance du logiciel Mercator est un atout. La connaissance du processus d’achat et de la logistique, dont la gestion des étiquettes (ean, SSCC..), des lots et de stocks de palettes. Avoir un sens ainsi de la communication verbale et écrite
Être naturellement organisé et précis.
Avoir la motivation de la satisfaction du travail bien fait et des tâches variées
Vous êtes capable de travailler de manière autonome, tout en collaborant avec les autres collègues Vous faites preuve d’une orientation solution et client.
La maîtrise du français ainqi que de l'Anglais afin de pouvoir communiquer avec les clients internationaux
