**Jobomschrijving**:

- En tant que Technical Customer Support; les ventes et la technique sont dans votre ADN. Vous êtes le lien entre le client et l'organisation pour toutes les questions techniques et commerciales.
- Vous vous occupez de l'élaboration des devis pour nos clients et en assurez le suivi. Vous allez chercher des résultats
- Vous saisissez les commandes et les suivez dans les moindres détails.
- Le suivi des plaintes fait également partie de votre description de poste.
- La gestion des relations est une partie importante du travail. En outre; vous êtes responsable des contacts avec les fournisseurs et vous êtes le sparring-partner des business managers.
- Vous ferez partie d'une équipe stable et expérimentée; sous la responsabilité du Customer Service Coordinator.

**Profiel**:

- Vous avez un intérêt marqué pour la technique. Une première expérience dans le secteur est un atout.
- La curiosité et l'esprit d'entreprise sont dans votre ADN.
- Vous êtes orienté vers le client; le client est central pour vous.
- Le travail en équipe vous donne de l 'energie et vous considérez que la collégialité est d'une importance capitale.
- Vous avez une bonne connaissance du français; la connaissance du néerlandais est un atout.
- Vous êtes très empathique et avez l'esprit commercial. Vous comprenez les besoins du client comme personne d'autre.
- En outre; vous êtes organisé; vous pensez en termes de résultats et vous aimez prendre des initiatives.
- Exactitude et précision sont vos mots d'ordre.
