As a member of the Solutions Delivery - Data Feeds operations team, the product consultant supports the completion of new data feed projects and insure delivery of existing licenses. The consultant will be in charge of the requirements analysis, follow up of implementation, testing, and delivery setup of multiple customers projects during the year. The processes and systems need to be followed, while ensuring compliance with organizational standards and protocol. You will be primarily responsible for managing the delivery of Standard data feeds for our customers.
- Work with the other Data Feeds operations, Product Strategist, Solutions Delivery, and Sales teams to complete customers’ requirements.
- Manage multiple projects with attention to timeliness and quality control. Set up client permissions for services accessed, mainly through SFTP, in accordance with contract specifications, terms, and effective dates. Supply clients with access details and manage de-activations in the event of cancellations.
- Utilize CRM system (Salesforce) and Jira to maintain accurate client entitlement data, process sales orders or adjustments, and document pertinent transaction details. Ensure consistency and accuracy for all stages of the delivery cycle. As needed, use CRM to prioritize assignments.
- Use CRM (Salesforce) to monitor support requests from customers or internal departments.
- Provide a high level of customer care by following up on product access issues, product queries, change requests, or potential opportunities. Coordinate with Solutions Delivery, Sales, and Client Service Desk to ensure client queries are resolved completely and promptly.
- Work collaboratively with the other Solutions Delivery - Data Feeds team members to get the latest information on newly released products and deliver appropriate updates to impacted clients in a timely fashion.
- Development of new Data Feed Standards to maximize our production and the quality of our service.

**Qualifications**:

- Master’s degree
- 1-2 years’ experience providing support for clients and internal departments
- 1 year experience working with databases systems, such as MS Access, SQL, etc.
- Good written and oral communication skills in English.
- Specialization not necessary, but Finance and/or Economics and/or Informatic (database) background would be helpful
- Previous experience preferably within technical, support, or analysis functions.
- Ability to efficiently prioritize, organize, and complete multiple projects/assignments simultaneously in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Strong attention to detail, quality, and accuracy
- Proactive in problem solving with high level of critical thinking skills
- Commitment to client care and problem resolution
- Self-motivated and able to work without close supervision, but comfortable working in a team.
- Knowledge/experience with Python will be an advantage (or other programming language)
