Wij zijn op zoek naar een enthousiaste **Supply Chain Support** bij Select Projects In deze functie draag je de verantwoordelijkheid voor het beheer van gegevens en informatie met betrekking tot de supply chain, waarbij je ondersteuning biedt voor alle klinische benodigdheden binnen de organisatie.

Als **Supply Chain Support** bij Select Projects krijg je de kans om:

- In contact te staan met alle partners binnen de supply chain, waarbij je transactiegegevens en mastergegevens beheert
- Toe te zien op de tijdige levering, testen en vrijgave van producten, componenten en ondersteunende documentatie, variërend van grote en kleine moleculen tot vaccins
- Het proces van goederenontvangst van producten/componenten aan te sturen, zorgend voor tijdige orderinvoer en beschikbaarheid van vrijgave-informatie en documentatie
- Proactieve input te geven aan het wekelijkse planningsproces op de werkvloer
- Het verzendproces voor materialen voor klinische onderzoeken te coördineren, inclusief benodigde papieren en informatie
- Het bewijs van levering van benodigdheden/componenten naar opslagplaatsen en verpakkingslocaties te traceren
- De voorraad en vervaldatums van geneesmiddelen en componenten te beheren
- Het Out of Pocket-proces en het goederenontvangstproces voor componenten aan te sturen, inclusief het invoeren van bestellingen in systemen zoals SAP en het goedkeuren van Ariba PO voor leveranciers
- De database van leveranciersklachten te onderhouden en het klachtenproces te ondersteunen
- Het ID-testproces te bewaken en de verzending van stalen naar laboratoria te traceren

- Een **graduaatsdiploma of professionele bachelor** in een boeiende wetenschappelijke of logistieke richting, zoals bedrijfsmanagement, supply chain management, international business management, transport en logistiek, en meer.
- **Minstens twee jaar werkervaring**, bij voorkeur binnen de life sciences industrie
- Kennis van **GMP** en/of **GDP**:

- Vaardigheid in **SAP** en **Microsoft Office** (Excel, SharePoint, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Zeer goede communicatieve vaardigheden in zowel het **Nederlands** als het **Engels**:
