**Hours**: 40 per week
Imagine your next project working a Supply Chain Product Transfer coordinator for Johnson & Johnson within the Global Planning Strategic Projects & Transfer Management team.
In this role, the Supply Chain Product Transfer coordinator will be responsible for the supply chain implementation of the transfer projects assigned. During the implementation of the transfer, this person will represent all PLAN functions in the E2E Transfer Project team.
The supply chain product transfer coordinator will develop a transfer implementation plan and will support all supply chain related activities during the transfer implementation.
To ensure a seamless transition from 'as is state' to 'future state' supply flow, this person will be partnering with multiple teams : Production sites’ planning, Local Operating Companies Supply Chain, Quality, Deliver & Transportation, Regulatory Affairs and Product artwork.
The Supply Chain Product Transfer coordinator will keep track of all prerequisites to ensure adherence to the Supply Chain Transfer plan and will provide transparency and clear communication to the key stakeholders and the extended team members.
The Supply Chain Product Transfer coordinator’s primary goal is to ensure supply reliability during the project implementation and to avoid any negative impact by the changes the organization is driving.
This person proactively manages the transfer risks, plans and executes scenarios for assigned projects to guarantee sustaining the supply to our customers during the transfer implementation phase.
**roles and responsibilities**
- Represents supply chain as active Core Team Member in the Transfer Project Core Team.
- Collaborates with the Local Operating Companies, Production sites, Regulatory Affairs, Quality, Deliver & the Product Artwork teams to develop and execute a transfer implementation plan
- Coordinates the supply chain activities during the implementation phase.
- Leads supply meetings with both sending and receiving plant teams.
- Agrees on the transfer plan with each site, including a clear definition of the stop (last order sending site) and start (first order receiving site) dates.
- Acts as the communication lead towards affiliates and plants and keeps them informed about the project execution.
- Escalates issues in case agreed implementation timelines are at risk
- Manages stock-build planning if required, based on transfer timelines, considering customer requirements, regulatory approval timelines and plant capacity.
- Communicates effectively and periodically across the E2E Transfer Teams’ functional areas to keep management and key stakeholders informed about the status of the assigned transfer project(s).
**how to succeed**
- ** At Master’s degree in supply chain** is preferred.
- ** A minimum of 3 year supply chain experience** is required, preferably in pharmaceutical supply chain
- ** In depth understanding of the End to End Supply Chain **and interdependencies across functions. (eg Plan, Source, Make, Deliver, Finance, Master-data) is fundamental.
- ** Excellent English** verbal and written communication skills, including presentation skills is required.
- ** Experience with SAP ERP system** is a must, familiarity with OMP is a plus
- ** High proficiency with Microsoft software packages** (Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project)
- ** Excellent influencing and communication skills, **able to work effectively at all levels in an organization
- ** Ability to manage multiple initiatives** and work in a matrix environment where priorities change rapidly, and tight deadlines exist
- ** Ability to build strong collaborative relationships **without having direct authority, influence multiple stakeholders and establish common goals and objectives
- ** Ability to function autonomously **and work pro-actively with a ‘can-do’ attitude
- ** Ability to see the big picture** while keeping high level of attention to the details
