**Context**:
Voor het regelen van de verzekerbaarheid vindt er gegevensuitwisseling plaats tussen de verschillende verzekeringsinstellingen. Op dit moment wordt er voor deze uitwisseling en platform gebruikt dat end of life is. Het project in kwestie heeft als doel een nieuwe oplossing in plaats te brengen voor het garanderen van de continuïteit in een eerste fase en een nieuwe manier van gegevensuitwisseling in een tweede fase.
**Inzet**:
Als project lead Intermut leid je één of meerdere belangrijke en complexe projecten ivm het intermutualistisch samenwerken. Je levert ICT oplossingen die beantwoorden aan de noden en behoeften van de opdrachtgever en respecteert hierbij scope, budget, timing en kwaliteit.
**Taken en deliverables**:
- Je beheert en controleert de projectscope en de veranderingsaanvragen.
- Je ziet erop toe dat keuzes gemaakt en beslissingen genomen worden overeenkomstig de architectuur, methodes en standaarden van de klant.
- Je hebt steeds aandacht voor het principe “Build to Run”.
- Je motiveert de medewerkers en neemt deel aan hun evaluatie. Je zorgt voor een goede samenwerking tussen de projectleden, bent beschikbaar voor problemen of vragen en pakt deze op een gepaste manier aan, in samenspraak met de teamleaders/managers.
- Je beheert de strategische, tactische en operationele aspecten van de planning en de middelen (aanvraag van middelen, toewijzing van taken, bepalen van prioriteiten) om een zo efficiënt mogelijk team te vormen.
- Je organiseert en coördineert de betrokken teams en medewerkers en waarborgt homogeniteit tussen de verschillende betrokken groepen.
- Je communiceert op een efficiënte (tijdige & correcte) manier met alle betrokken instanties binnen en buiten de organisatie.
Projectinformatie en -voortgang houd je gestructureerd bij, je documenteert nauwkeurig en rapporteert om ervoor te zorgen dat het project voldoet aan de organisatorische vereisten, methodologie en kwaliteitsnormen.
**Gezochte competenties**
- Je beschikt over een ruime en succesvolle projectmanagement ervaring in complexe ICT projecten / omgevingen.
- Je hebt kennis inzake methodologieën zoals Agile, Prince 2 en PMI
- Ervaring in en/of goede kennis van ICT processen is een sterke troef
- Je hebt verantwoordelijkheidszin en je bent klant
- en resultaatgericht.
- Je hebt uitstekende communicatievaardigheden en kan goed onderhandelen.
- Je beschikt over een sterk analytisch en probleemoplossend vermogen, en kan uitstekende planningsvaardigheden voorleggen.
- Je werkt georganiseerd, kan prioriteiten correct inschatten en slaagt erin de verschillende betrokken partijen van een project te coördineren.
- Je kan medewerkers (projectleden) vanuit een niet-hiërarchische positie aansturen, motiveren en coachen om projectdoelstellingen te behalen
