- Door je pro
- actieve ingesteldheid ben je continue op de hoogte van de lopende zendingen en communiceer je dit ook naar je klanten.
- Klanten informeer je over prijsaanvragen en andere operationele vragen.
- Je neemt elke klacht van klanten ter harte. Je werkt deze volledig af of je zorgt dat dit opgelost wordt door het juiste departement.
- Je werkt nauw samen met het operations departement, die de back office van je orders verzorgen.
- Voor de afhandeling van de order lever je juiste en volledige informatie af.
- Je geeft mogelijke leads door aan het sales departement.
**Profiel**:
- Je hebt een eerste administratieve werkervaring in de logistieke sector.
- Goede tot perfecte taalbeheersing (Nederlands, Engels en Frans) zowel mondeling als schriftelijk.
- Je werkt graag zelfstandig. Je bent positief ingesteld en erg stressbestendig. Je kan hierdoor de juiste prioriteiten stellen.
- Je communicatieve, klantgerichte en computervaardigheden zijn sterk ontwikkeld. Microsoft office en outlook zijn je dus niet vreemd.
- Een kritische blik, zin voor innovatieve verbeteringen en creatief zoeken naar oplossingen wordt geapprecieerd.
