**JE TAKENPAKKET**:
Het product Quickstep is je wellicht wel gekend, niet? Je kan je vermoedelijk wel inbeelden dat heel wat marketinginitiatieven schuil gaan achter dit brand. Onze klanten moeten terug kunnen vallen op marketing materiaal en stalen om dit product te kunnen voelen, zien, beleven. Deze stalen zijn er niet zomaar. In onze site in Gent worden deze producten verzorgd zodoende onze klanten voldoende te kunnen supporteren. Een cruciale stap in het lanceren, promoten, doen leven van ons product.

Binnen deze context zijn we op zoek naar een Production Engineer die klaar is om de volgende stap te zetten. Je komt terecht in een context waar, naast eigen medewerkers, ook doelgroepmedewerkers actief zijn.
- We vertellen graag wat meer:

- Je ziet toe op het veiligheidsbeleid en neemt actief deel aan het uitrollen van de Zero Harm veiligheidsvisie.
- Je staat in voor het ontwerp en opvolging van KPI’s op het vlak van efficiëntie, output, service en kwaliteit.
- Je doet aan dagelijkse “trouble shooting” en initieert en implementeert fundamentele voorstellen om structurele bottlenecks aan te pakken en de output te verbeteren.
- Je staat in voor een correcte opvolging van de geproduceerde orders en volgt de planning nauwgezet op. Je communiceert hiervoor met de ploegleider en de productieplanner.
- Je zorgt voor een goed onderhouden machinepark via het nodige overleg met de technieker en een optimale samenwerking met de technische afdeling in Wielsbeke.
- Wat betreft productie kan je data analyseren en rapporteren, alsook monitor je alle productiecijfers om hier correct op in te grijpen. Productietargets en kwaliteitsnormen zijn een belangrijk aspect binnen jouw takenpakket.
- Je werkt nauw samen met maatwerkbedrijf Gandae vzw, zij staan in voor het uitvoeren van de operationele taken op de site. Zin voor sociaal ondernemen is dan ook een must.
- Je staat in voor de aansturing, coaching, bijsturing, evaluatie en ontwikkeling van jouw ploegleider, productie assistent en technieker.

- Je genoot een ingenieursopleiding en hebt een eerste leidinggevende ervaring binnen een industriële omgeving.
- Je hebt ervaring en affiniteit met de technische aspecten van een productieproces.
- Je bent een communicatief en stressbestendig persoon en beschikt over sterke sociale vaardigheden, waarbij je je weet aan te passen aan verschillende gesprekspartners.
- Je hebt een besluitvaardige persoonlijkheid en redeneert logisch om zaken ten gronde aan te pakken. Probleemsituaties schrikken je niet af.
- Als sterke people manager begeester en coach je je team.
- Je beschikt over organisatorische talenten om productie efficiënt te organiseren.
