**Vacatureomschrijving**:
Als Procurement Specialist speel je een cruciale rol in het selecteren, contracteren en beheren van leveranciers welke de vitale en toonaangevende digitale infrastructuur diensten, die de Eurofiber Groep levert, ondersteunen.

Je pakt het eigenaarschap over het leveranciers selectie en contrateringsproces. Daarnaast onderhoud en bouw jij optimale relaties met jouw leveranciers. Hierin kijk je samen met jouw leveranciers hoe zij optimale waarde kunnen leveren en kunnen bijdragen aan de groei en het succes van Eurofiber en haar klanten. Daarmee heb je een essentiële rol in het realiseren van de strategische speerpunten van Eurofiber.

Als Procurement Specialist ben je het aanspreekpunt binnen de Eurofiber Group organisatie voor inkoop gerelateerde vraagstukken.

**Wat zijn jouw belangrijkste taken?**
- Je begeleidt zelfstandig inkooptrajecten met als specialisatie TPR (Third Party Rental) related dienstverlening.
- Je neemt de leiding in het (her)contracteren van leveranciers op basis van een sourcing plan. Daarbij zorg je voor een gedegen voorbereiding (incl. inkoopstrategie, communicatieplan, behoefte inventarisatie, resource planning, onderhandelplan, tijdslijnen) en voor een gedegen uitvoering (incl. RFx proces, onderhandelen, stakeholder management, contract uitwerking).
- Na contracteren beheer je de contracten, leveranciersprestaties en leveranciersrelatie.

- en contractmanagement met een gezonde mix van ervaring en nieuw talent waarin we geloven in de kracht van samenwerken. Om onze inkoop doelstellingen te bereiken werk je nauw samen met verschillende virtuele teams aan inkoop gerelateerde issues en verbeteringen.

**Functie-eisen**:
**DIT BEN JIJ**

Bij Eurofiber worden we gedreven door een continue verbeteren instelling. Wij zoeken een teamspeler, iemand die samen met de collega’s van de Procurement afdeling denkt in mogelijkheden en structurele oplossingen. Je hebt ervaring in een dynamische omgeving waarin zaken niet altijd vast staan en verandering een constante is. Je beschikt over aantoonbare track-records voor onderhandelingen en inkooptrajecten.

Jij hebt/bent ook:

- mínimaal bachelor werk
- en denkniveau en goed analytisch inzicht;
- 3-5 jaar werkervaring binnen het vakgebied Procurement;
- aantoonbare kennis en ervaring op het gebied van leveranciersmanagement en inkoop van TPR;
- NEVI opleiding (of bent bereid deze te behalen);
- onafhankelijk en communicatief sterk (zowel mondeling als schriftelijk) en je hebt een goede beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal. Beheersing van de Franse taal is een pré.
