Ben jij onze nieuwe aanwinst in het team van Influencer Marketing van VRT? Weet jij wat er beweegt bij Vlaamse content creators en bekende gezichten? We zijn op zoek naar een enthousiaste Campaign Coordinator die samenwerkingen opzet tussen VRT en influencers. Je ontwerpt gedurfde communicatieplannen met impact, je matcht de juiste profielen aan onze campagne en je kent de ins en outs van sociale media. Je bent daarnaast ook fan van de unieke VRT-content en wil bijdragen aan de maatschappelijke impact daarvan.

Je kent het landschap van influencers en content creators als de beste. Wie meer wil weten over de laatste online trends en evoluties, moet bij jou zijn.
Je bepaalt samen met je collega’s van marketing de campagnestrategie en geeft waar mogelijk advies vanuit je expertise.
Je vertaalt campagnedoelstellingen naar een concrete briefing voor influencers en creators. Je weet wie je voor welke samenwerking moet kiezen.
Je ontwikkelt en onderhoudt duurzame relaties met bekende gezichten binnen en buiten de VRT. Je slaagt erin om het juiste gezicht aan een marketingcampagne te koppelen.
Je onderhandelt over de overeenkomsten met gezichten. Je streeft daarbij naar maximale impact voor VRT, met oog voor de sterktes en authenticiteit van de creators.
Je volgt de productie van campagnes van nabij op. Je beheert de planning en waakt erover dat alle deliverables opgeleverd worden.
Je verzamelt en analyseert campagneresultaten en zorgt voor een heldere rapportage naar alle betrokkenen.
Heb je zelf ervaring als content creator? Dat is voor deze functie zeker een plus.
Herken je jezelf in onderstaande omschrijving?
Je behaalde een bachelordiploma in Marketing/Communicatie of hebt ervaring in de sector. Aantoonbare ervaring van minimum 3 jaar in influencer marketing, talent management, PR of digitale marketing is vereist.
Je sociaal netwerk omschrijft je als vlot, sociaal, een netwerker etc.
Je bent gestructureerd, zorgvuldig en punctueel. Je biedt structuur voor anderen.
Je bent in het bezit van uitstekende communicatievaardigheden, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk (NL/FR/EN). Je kan jezelf motiveren en hebt het vermogen om zelfstandig te werken.
Je geniet ervan om samen te werken met anderen. Daarnaast werk je transparant en communiceer je veelvuldig.
Je hebt tactisch inzicht voor het opzetten van campagnes. Je herkent een goed idee of stuurt content bij tot het goed zit.
Je hebt sterke onderhandelingsvaardigheden en het vermogen om zakelijke relaties op te bouwen en te onderhouden.
Kennis van ontwikkelingen in influencer marketing en sociale media zijn onontbeerlijk.
