L’un de nos partenaires connus à l’international dans le domaine du retail est à la recherche d’un HR & Payroll Assistant basé dans la région de Bruxelles.
Véritable référence dans le secteur de la mode et de l’habillement, vous êtes surement déjà l’un des consommateurs de leurs produits incontournables. En tant que HR & Payroll assistant, vous venez renforcer l’équipe HR en collaboration avec la HR Manager Benelux. Vous êtes la personne de référence en termes de gestion administrative pour l’ensemble de vos collaborateurs en Belgique et aux Pays Bas. Vous êtes le point de contact de vos collaborateurs pour les questions liées aux Ressources Humaines. Au quotidien, vous êtes responsable de superviser toutes les tâches opérationnelles liées aux HR et assurez la bonne gestion des politiques et procédures HR.
Fonction:
- Maintien des dossiers du personnel et de la base de données HR à jour
- Gestion et préparation du Payroll pour les employés en Belgique et au Pays Bas
- Suivi des contrats, des factures et des divers documents sociaux
- Gestion des changements de statuts, des entrées-sorties, horaires et absences
- Développement de différents projets HR et amélioration des procédures
- Vous êtes la première personne de contact pour vos collaborateurs pour les différentes questions de HR
Profil:
- En possession d’un diplôme en Ressources Humaines ou Gestion du personnel et/ou justifiez d’une expérience pertinente dans une fonction de HR assistant/HR Officer
- Vous communiquez facilement en Français et savez-vous exprimer couramment en Anglais et en Néerlandais
- Avec une bonne connaissance en matière de droit du travail, vous avez une bonne vue globale de la législation sociale belge
- Organisé, méticuleux et proactif vous savez respecter des deadlines et prioritiser vos tâches
- Avec un bon esprit professionnel, vous savez travailler en toute confidentialité
- Amateur de tâches administratives, vous savez mener différents projets en parallèles de vos tâches quotidiennes.
