**Functieomschrijving**:
Als Heavy Lift Operations Advisor ben je verantwoordelijk voor de voorbereiding en correcte berekening en bepaling hijsmethode voor behandeling van cargo.
Dit doe je op basis van de technische tekeningen onderdelen/cargo die onze klanten voorzien.
- Je gaat in overleg met ceelbazen en operationeel verantwoordelijken rond ergonomie in de hijsmethode; tijdens de hijsoperaties ben jij het aanspreekpunt.
- Je zorgt voor het uittekenen van plannen voor nieuwe en huidige projecten in Autocad.
- Je gaat stemt af met onze klant hoe cargo behandelt zal worden en vraagt de juiste technische specificaties op waar nodig.
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het opstellen en opvolgen van behandelingsdocumentatie en standaardprocedures.
- Je beheert het hijsmateriaal en zorgt voor suggesties naar innovaties toe met gepaste prijsaanvragen.
- Je staat in voor het beheer van SPMT als ook onderhoud en controles.
- Je ondersteunt het Operationeel Management bij laad
- en los activiteiten. Hierbij heb je een groot aandeel in veiligheidsbeheer en het opmaken en organiseren van toolboxen.
- Je rapporteert aan de Terminal Manager.

Voor de functie van Heavy Lift Operations Advisor zoekt Zuidnatie onderstaand profiel:
- Je beschikt minimum over een bachelordiploma bij voorkeur in een technische of mathematische richting (industrieel ingenieur, handelsingenieur,)
- Eerste relevante werkervaring in een operationele werkomgeving is een pluspunt (kraansector, maritieme sector,)
- Sterke kennnis van MS Office (specifiek Excel) en Autocad
- Sterke talenkennis (Nederlands, Engels, Frans)
- Stressbestendig met een hands-on mentaliteit en draagt graag een bepaalde verantwoordelijkheid
- Flexibel in werkregeling en werkt voornamelijk in een vroege
- of dagshift
- Je beschikt over een groot aanpassingsvermogen in functie van verschillende situaties
- Communicatief sterk naar verschillende collega’s toe (verschillende niveaus in zowel interne als externe organisaties)
