**The Impact You’ll Make in this Role**
As a Marketing Manager Benelux (M/F/*) Dental Solutions, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:
- _ Leading demand generation, identifying opportunities and needs to leverage local key platforms for executing end-user communication_
- _ Implementing and activating programs, campaigns and new product launches ensuring regulatory and legal alignment according to local laws and business guidance._
- _ Influencing area teams providing insights of local market, product performances, competitive intelligence and trends._
- _ Determining local calendar for campaigns, events, promotional planning and execute the implementation._
- _ Supporting sales, clinical and channel team, the demand planning process and the coordination with compliance, regulatory and legal functions._
- _ Collaborate internally with the local/area functions and in an international environment, externally with agencies, channel partners and customers_
**Your Skills and Expertise**
To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:
- _ Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication or similar_
- _ Profound experience in a similar role_
- _ Proficient in Excel_
- _ Fluent in written and spoken _**_English and French_**
- _ Excellent collaboration, coordination and communication skills_

**Work location**:Hybrid
**Travel: May include up to 20% mainly domestic**
