**Job Summary**:
Avantor is looking for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our Talent Acquisition team Do you want to use your creativity by writing job adverts, your organisational skills by scheduling interviews, your administrative skills by creating data reports and presentations that help us drive our success? This role has it all
You will be joining 3 other TA Professionals, located in our Belgian office in Haasrode, Leuven on a full time basis (Monday - Friday, flexible working hours and several home office days possible).
**The Team**
Our European Talent Acquisition Team, spread all over Europe, exists of 13 enthusiastic team members who support recruitment in approximately 20 countries all over Europe.
**What we’re looking for?**
- ** Experience**:you prefarably have previous experience with administration or creative writing
- ** Language**: you have strong communication skills in English and Dutch/French/Spanish, both written and spoken.
- ** Collaboration tools**:you can work with Microsoft Teams and find it easy to learn to work with new IT programs in general

- You are proficient in Powerpoint and Excel
- Creative writing skills are essential
- You know how to manage a project and make sure you meet deadlines
- You are confident in presenting in meetings and speaking with different stakeholders
- You enjoy collaborating in a team

- You provide weekly reporting to different stakeholders within the organisation
- You creatively prepare Powerpoint Presentations to support with reporting
- You offer general administrative support to the team
