In deze freelance opdracht werk je als Freelance Talent Acquisition Specialist in Leuven. Gedurende enkele maanden versterk jij, gedurende 4 dagen per week, het HR-team. Werken via Bright Plus Outsourcing Solutions betekent dat je alle vrijheid als Freelancer behoudt, dat je makkelijk nieuwe opdrachten vindt en dat je je administratie vereenvoudigt.
Als Freelance Talent Acquisition Specialist bestaat jouw job uit:
- Je gebruikt je creativiteit voor het uitschrijven van vacatures.
- Je gaat sociale media gebruiken om talenten aan te trekken.
- Je zoekt en screent engineeringprofielen.
- Je Interviewt kanidaten.
