More than ever, B2B marketing's performance is reliant on qualitative data to maximize its effectiveness.
The goal of this internship is to develop an asset that automates a simple but important workflow, starting from a typical B2B prospect database.
- Data quality checks: hierarchize quality checks and develop automations for usual corrections.
- Data enrichment: develop automated workflows to check prospect data with publicly available information, and define what to do in case of missing information or merging conflict.
- Preparation for re-import: set-up central data storage and script adapted exports for easy re-import in mainstream tools (such as popular CRMs.)
The internship is intended as a full-time role, whose duration can range between 3 and 6 months. **It can start as soon as possible.**
NB: we do not accept internships shorter than 3 full months. Onboarding interns takes time and resources to do properly, and it only becomes worth it for us over an extended period.
The location of the internship will be our offices in La Hulpe, where you're welcome any day of the week. Of course, there's flexibility for remote working.

**Your profile**:
- You are finishing a master's degree in business, computer science, engineering, or any relevant specialization at a Belgian academic institution.
- You are familiar with ETL tools and statistical packages (SAS, SPSS, R, Python, Spark).
- You have demonstrable experience in data preparation, data models, data mining and segmentation
- You are curious and a quick learner
- You speak fluently English
- You have a genuine interest in B2B marketing and its specificities
- Desire to solve problems with data: the tool/technology matters less than having a working solution
- Proactivity: autonomously seeking solutions when facing a difficulty
- Attention to detail, autonomy, and respect for deadlines
- Motivation to work in a “start-up” environment where we embrace uncertainty and temporary "discomforts"
