About Derivatives Academy
Derivatives Academy is a dynamic early-stage start-up operating in the education and recruitment sector in Market Finance. We are seeking a highly motivated intern to join our team and lead our communication and digital marketing efforts.
This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a start-up environment, with a lot of room for creativity and innovation. This is a unique opportunity to take real ownership over key areas of our business.

What you will do
- Lead and Execute our communication and marketing strategy.
- Help shape and share the brand's voice across digital channels.
- Support and grow business development efforts.
- Take initiative on new ideas and projects that drive growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Newsletters: Design and distribute engaging and informative newsletters to our subscriber base.
- Content Development: Develop templates for various formats with consistent visual identity.
- Digital Marketing: Create compelling digital marketing content using our internal resources.
- Social Media Management: Share content across social medias to increase brand awareness.
- Online/In-person Events: Plan, create, and promote events to engage and grow our community.
- A/B Testing: Conduct A/B tests to optimize campaigns and make data-driven decisions.
- Community Management: Engage with our online community and foster a positive brand image.
Who we are looking for
- A self-starter with a strong sense of ownership.
- Someone with a genuine entrepreneurial mindset.
- Strong communication skills (written + verbal).
- Ability to work independently, learn fast, and adapt.
- Strong interest in digital marketing.
- Willingness to go the extra mile and take initiative.
- Interested in potentially growing with the company long-term.
- French + English required.
