We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced **Senior Consultant** with expertise in **Operational Excellence and Supply Chain Management**. In this role, you will partner with clients to drive transformative improvements, optimize processes, and enhance operational efficiency. You will leverage data-driven insights and industry best practices to solve complex business challenges, delivering measurable value and sustainable change.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Lead and execute **operational excellence** and **supply chain optimization** projects, ensuring successful delivery and measurable business impact.
- Analyze supply chain processes, identify inefficiencies, and develop tailored strategies to enhance **productivity, cost efficiency, and service levels**.
- Utilize **Lean, Six Sigma, and other continuous improvement methodologies** to streamline operations and drive performance excellence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement **best-in-class supply chain strategies**, including **demand planning, inventory management, procurement, and logistics**.
- Assess and leverage emerging **technology trends, automation, and digital solutions** to enhance operational efficiency.
- Develop and deliver **insightful presentations and reports**, effectively communicating findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Provide coaching and mentorship to junior team members, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
**Requirements**:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in **Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or a related field**.
- **3 to 5+ years of experience** in consulting, operational excellence, or supply chain management, preferably within a leading consulting firm or industry leader.
- Strong knowledge of **Lean, Six Sigma, and process improvement methodologies** (certification preferred).
- Proven track record of delivering **cost savings, operational improvements, and efficiency gains** in supply chain functions.
- Experience with **ERP, advanced analytics, and digital transformation solutions** within supply chain operations.
- Excellent **problem-solving, analytical, and project management skills**.
- Strong **stakeholder management and communication abilities**, with the ability to engage effectively at all levels of an organization.
- Ability to work in a **fast-paced, dynamic environment** and manage multiple priorities effectively.
