Context:_
- De afdeling infrastructuur bestaat uit 4 teams waar deze functie zich situeert binnen het team 'projectmanagement bouw'. Dit team heeft als opdracht het bouwportfolio op te maken en te realiseren. Dit bouwportfolio vertalen ze in de bouwplanning van grote infrastructuurwerken, nieuwbouw en grondige renovatie, onderverdeeld in verschillende subportfolio’s._
- Concreet leid je als Project Manager een zestal bouwprojecten van A-Z van innovatieve onderwijsgebouwen in Vlaanderen en Brussel waarin je het bouwprogramma vastlegt in de projectdefinitie, rekening houdend met het bouwbeleid (innovatief onderwijs, optimalisatie ruimtegebruik, duurzaamheid, )
- Je stelt dus externe partners aan (studieteam, aannemer of design built team), maakt de nodige (prestatie)bestekken op en volgt de procedure volgens de wetgeving op overheidsopdrachten
- Daarnaast sta je in voor het verdedigen van de belangen van de bouwheer teneinde de realisatie van de afgesproken projectdoelstellingen te garanderen overeenkomstig de vooropgestelde kwaliteit, scope, budget en timing binnen de infrastructuurvisie van de klant
- Een goede opvolging en voldoende rapportering zijn belangrijk waarvoor de standaardmethodiek, -tools en -documenten gebruikt dienen te worden
- Je werkt steeds nauw samen met de scholengroep en de betreffende school en organiseert workshops met hen waarin jij een faciliterende rol opneemt
- De toegewezen projecten kunnen in de verschillende fasen van de projectlevenscyclus zitten zoals opmaak projectdefinitie, aanstellen extern studieteam of bouwteam, ontwerpfase of uitvoeringsfase, waarin jij verantwoordelijk bent tot aan de definitieve oplevering
**Wat verwachten wij van jou? **technische job Project Manager Scholenbouw**:
- Je beschikt over een Masterdiploma in de Bouwkunde of Architectuur en hebt reeds een aantal jaar ervaring als Projectleider of Project Manager
- Een goede kennis van de (bouw)wetgeving op overheidsopdrachten is belangrijk
- Ervaring met opmaak van bouwprogramma’s inzake scholen of aanverwanten is tevens essentieel
- Je kan prestatiebestekken opmaken en nota’s schrijven in functie van rapportering, budgetvraag, opmaak selectie-en gunningsverslagen,
- Je bent zeer sterk in projectopvolging, kan moeilijke beslissingen nemen en streeft naar optimale samenwerking tussen alle partijen
- Je beheerst het Nederlands en Engels zeer goed, kennis Frans is een pluspunt
