**Scrum Master**
We are looking for a bold and reliable** Scrum Master** to join our Expleo Belgium community for a challenging project within the banking industry
What is a Scrum Master at Expleo?
You will be the key reference in a project following an agile framework as the Scrum methodology. You will ensure the global understanding and employ Agile project methodologies to maintain objectives while supporting your team in working to their full capacity during sprints.
Our Scrum Master needs to be a highly-skilled multi-tasker capable of collaborating with our software developers to deliver work that meets the high standards of our company and wants to make a significant impact with the development team.
**What’s important for us when talking about a Scrum Master?**
- You have at least 3 years of relevant experience as a Scrum Master or similar role required, including experience in IT project management.
- You know some Agile reporting and follow-up tools (e.g.** Jira/Rally**)
- You a good understanding of Scrum techniques and its associated artifacts, including** user stories, backlog **refinement,etc...**
- You have a positive attitude and Outstanding communication skills, with the ability to lead a team to success while supporting associated departments.
- You speak **English** and also speak one of the two national languages **(French OR Dutch**)
