For our Digital Marketing Team, we are looking for an experienced SEO Specialist.
**Your mission**:
- Good understanding of Digital Marketing (multichannel marketing, SEA, CRO, remarketing, programmatic, marketing automation, etc.)
- Comprehend and implement best E-A-T practices
- Understand user intent to perform in-depth Keyword Research and Mapping
- Expertise in technical aspects of SEO to conduct thorough Technical Audits with actable recommendations to increase site performance
- Leverage Competitor Analysis to get actionable data
- Carry out Content Audits to uncover optimization potential and increase relevant organic traffic
- Understanding of off-page SEO principles (disallow file, link juice, site authority )
- Work with designers, copywriters, webmasters, project managers to follow SEO best practices
- Work in a multi-talented, international squad of digital marketing consultants each with their expertise
- Bring the spirit of growth, help educate your teammates and clients about the importance of organic traffic and SEO as a means to achieve it
- Share knowledge, expertise, and continual work on improving our processes
- Conceptualize improvements and recommendations based on qualitative and quantitative data analysis
- Follow up implementation of SEO recommendations to secure the expected results
- Assure the highest quality of service provided to clients
**Profile**:
- 2-3 years of experience in an on-site and technical SEO role
- Proven experience in improving organic traffic
- Proficient with Google Search Console
- Strong experience working in Semrush or Ahrefs and Screaming Frog
- Experienced with reporting and interpreting data (Google Analytics and similar)
- Basic understanding of data visualization tools (Google Data Studio or similar)
- Creative and analytical mindset, excellent problem-solver skills, hard-working and determined
- Fluent in English and French
- Knowledge of Dutch is a plus
