**Jouw bijdrage, jouw missies**:
Als Technical Leader zijn je belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheden de volgende:

- Leiding geven aan een gemengde community van systeemingenieurs en beginnende profielen op Azure-cloud,
- Het werk van deze community beheren en organiseren, zowel wat betreft planning als budgettering,
- Zijn medewerkers aansturen en motiveren door hen duidelijke, precieze instructies te geven en erop toe te zien dat het uitgevoerde werk wordt opgevolgd,
- Instaan voor het delen en ontwikkelen van kennis binnen de community met een opening naar andere gerelateerde technologieën zoals AWS, Google,...
- Samenwerken met de teams van de Product Group “Cloud & Security” om de ontwikkeling van een “cloud-driven” cultuur te ondersteunen in het gewest en binnen het CIBG.

**Jij, onze toekomstige collega**:

- Hebt afdoende ervaring binnen de Azure-platformen (mínimaal 2 jaar met ervaring in DevOps),
- Hebt ervaring in teammanagement en je kan vlot communiceren,
- Bent analytisch, pragmatisch en flexibel ingesteld en werkt oplossingsgericht,
- Bent houder van een of meerdere cloud-georiënteerde certificeringen (Azure, AWS ) (of je kan aantonen dat je opleidingen hebt gevolgd).

Het Centrum voor Informatica voor het Brusselse Gewest (CIBG) zet de toon in de digitale transitie van Brussel. We begeleiden onze klanten (Brusselse openbare instellingen) op hun weg naar digitalisering.

Om de Brusselaars een **duurzaam Gewest te bieden dat voeling houdt met de wereld en steunt op een dynamisch economisch model**, bundelen we hoogtechnologische infrastructuren, ICT-platformen en -diensten.
