As Head of Program Management, you will be responsible for turning strategic programs into actionable projects, consolidating the R&D operational roadmap, and supporting project management within the R&D department. Your goal: ensure strategic initiatives are delivered effectively, aligning with the company’s vision and driving successful product development across the full lifecycle.
**Challenges we trust you with**
- **Translate strategy into projects**
Define clear objectives, scope, and deliverables, ensuring full alignment with the company’s strategic goals.
- **Build & update the R&D roadmap**
Consolidate all R&D projects into a single operational roadmap, tracking timelines, milestones, and resources.
- **Support & coach project managers**
Provide tools, processes, and best practices to help them manage risks, resources, and communication.
- **Enable cross-functional collaboration**
Act as a central point between R&D, product management, and engineering to ensure smooth coordination.
- **Manage resources & anticipate needs**
Monitor budgets, staffing, and equipment, ensuring proper allocation and flagging potential gaps early.
- **Track performance & report regularly**
Set up clear KPIs and deliver regular progress reports, highlighting successes, risks, and next steps.
- **Drive continuous improvement**
Promote innovation and process optimization, keeping up with best practices and industry trends.
**What we value**

- Master’s degree in engineering, management, or equivalent.
- 10+ years of proven experience in program/project management.
- Solid track record translating strategy into operational projects.
- Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies (PMI, Prince2, etc.).
