**Mission**
**The Quality Manager** is reporting directly to the Head of Quality Management and contributes to top product quality and compliance by promoting continuous improvement and collaboration. Through proactive **risk management**, **audits**, and **adherence to global regulations**, you deliver value to customers and internal stakeholders across all entities of IBA. You maintain a robust quality management system that ensures global compliance, enhances efficiency, and drives improvement, focusing on patient safety and product reliability. Problem solver by nature, you lead the **Non-Conformity Management process** across the whole organization.**Challenges we trust you with**
- Maintain, improve and monitor the IBA quality management system. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations.
- Ensure sites and business teams are properly prepared for external and internal compliance inspections.
- Maintain product quality in close collaboration with the organization.
- Lead and improve the Non-Conformity Management process
- Having the authority to issue concessions and stop production and site.
- Ensure identification and reporting of any quality or compliance concerns, take appropriate actions.
- Ensure Supplier Quality compliance to the internal QMS and regulatory requirements.
- Drive continuous quality improvements mindset
**What we value**
**You have**:
- Studies degree in Quality Management or other technical study
- 5-8 years experienced in Quality Management System
- Regulatory knowledge of norms and regulations for manufacturers in general and especially for medical devices
- Lead auditor ISO 13485 and/or ISO 9001
- Location in Louvain-la-Neuve (Belgium)
- Travel up to 20%

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
