**Role description**
The Test Automation, Performance, and Security Testing Coordinator collaborates across the organization toimplement and execute effective testing strategies, leveraging and enhancing existing tools and frameworks.
A strong understanding of testing methodologies and hands-on experience in test automation, performance, andsecurity testing (vulnerability scanning, penetration testing) are essential.
While scripting expertise is a plus, a demonstrable understanding of testing tools and their underlying technical principles is key.
This role requires exceptional communication skills, enabling clear and tailored messaging for diverse audiences, from executive leadership and infrastructure specialists to offshore teams, technical testers (security, performance), test engineers, and business stakeholders.
The person will work closely with the lead test manager, providing support and backup coverage.
**Tasks and Responsibilities**
Test Automation:
oTechnical ownership and vision
oTest automation strategy for all departments
oDrive the test automation community (offshore and internal)
Performance Testing:
oTechnical ownership and vision
oPerformance test strategy for all departments
oImplement performance test framework
oDrive the external partnership
**Security Testing**:
oTechnical ownership and vision
oSecurity test strategy for all departments
oImprove current unit test framework (code inspections, vulnerability scanning)
oImplement security test framework
oDrive external partnerships
oParticipate in Threat-led-Penetration-Testing (TLPT)
Test and Release Management
oTest release Management and reporting
oQuality Assurance, reviews and follow up
oCoaching, directing and supporting
oTest trainings
oSupport test management tooling
oImplement guidelines and procedures
oDrive test community
**Technical/ICT Knowledge**
Higher education or equivalent by experience
Familiar with development methods (Agile and V-Model)
Knowledge of Test design techniques
Knowledge of ISTQB®, Tmap®, STBox, or other test methodologies
Experience with test management tools (preference for Jira and Zephyr Enterprise)
Experience with test automation concepts and test automation tools (preference for Tricentis - Tosca and Neoload for performance testing)
Knowledge of ITIL® Processes
Familiar with Quality Assurance and Risk Management

At least 5 years of experience as test analyst/tester
At least 5 years of experience as test coordinator/manager within multiple simultaneous small projects or one large project
Affinity with non-functional tests as security testing and performance testing
Affinity with test automation
