We offer this job in our office in Brussels, but we are also happy to consider any location with a decent airport connecting to the major countries and hubs in Europe.

**YOUR TASKS**:

- Ensure customers, employees & shareholders are at the center of your actions.
- Manage multiple projects starting from the business opportunity identification to successful deployment, which includes:

- business case (Project Opportunity Assessment) preparation & supporting approval process steps,
- project team identification, appointment & on-boarding,
- requirements gathering and solution design,
- development (including solution supplier management),
- testing and deployment,
- post go-live reviews.
- The majority of projects are deployments of Express Global Application Portfolio (EGAP) solutions in which the Global Team realizes the software development phase.
- As an IT Project Manager, you will coordinate regular changes and projects to make them successful and aligned with all stakeholders. You will set up the project plans, milestones, and targets and monitor them via dashboards. You will provide regular progress reports in the form adequate to the initiative type and complexity (e.g. regular status updates memos, weekly progress report meetings, project board meetings).
- Focusing on digitalizing the world around us and implementing the WOW IT Strategy to your initiatives will make you successful in this role.
- Use networking to ensure that the best possible constellation of experts supports you to provide the right solutions, delivering the answer to the business demand and effectively utilizing the teams’ talents, expertise, and resources.
- Traveling to countries is required for workshops during the projects’ life cycle.

**WHAT YOU BRING**:

- The majority of projects are deployments of Express Global Application Portfolio (EGAP) solutions in which the Global Team realizes the software development phase.
- Solid communication skills, presenting ideas clearly and effectively to business partners and other project team members.
- Experience within a sizeable sophisticated organization with a high volume (high transaction) environment, including the physical shipment of goods.
- Having a strong customer service focus, problem-solving mindset, and analytical skills.
- Appetite to lead processes design on the regional & country level.
- In this position, it is essential to understand the end-to-end business processes and how to optimize them further by using technology where needed. We welcome a solid understanding of Global Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) and experience in Facility Handling and Pick Up & Delivery Domain.
- We value practical experience in utilizing project management methodologies and/or managing large projects, accompanied by a professional certification in Project Management (PMI, Prince2, or others).
- English fluency is required. Additional languages are an asset.
