Onze klant is actief in voedingssupplementen en is gelegen in Leuven.
Je verantwoordelijkheden:
Je adviseert klanten over de voedingssupplementen rondom een bariatrische ingreep en verleent daarbij een uitstekende service;
- Door jouw vriendelijke en professionele werkwijze draag je bij aan de tevredenheid van de klanten en zorg je ervoor dat de klanten trouw blijven aan de producten van de klant;
- Je werkt in diverse campagnes met (sales of retentie) targets om zo maandelijkse doelen van de klantenservice te behalen;
- Je verricht de daarbij behorende administratieve taken.
Je profiel:
- Je beschikt over een Bachelor diploma;
- Je bent vloeiend in het Vlaams en Frans, zowel gesproken als geschreven;
- Je hebt affiniteit met voeding, gezondheid en voedingssupplementen;
Je hebt een commerciële instelling en vindt het leuk om klanten te overtuigen ons product te (blijven) gebruiken;
- Je hebt een professionele werkhouding en bent een teamplayer.
Het aanbod van de klant:
Je komt terecht in een bedrijf met open werksfeer met leuke collega's in een ondernemende en internationale omgeving. De klant biedt een prima arbeidsvoorwaardenpakket met o.a. maaltijdcheques en een bonussysteem bij behalen van doelstellingen. Thuiswerken is tot 50% mogelijk.
