- Je onderhoudt functiebeschrijvingen en meerdere functiewaarderingssystemen
- Je zorgt ervoor dat de systemen op een correcte manier worden gebruikt.
- Je behandelt individuele dossiers van A tot Z.
- Je werkt loonsvoorstellen uit in het kader van aanwervingen en promoties
- Je verbetert, implementeert, coördineert en communiceert de jaarlijkse review
- en bonus cyclus.
- Je leidt of neemt deel aan diverse Reward-, algemene HR- of HR-digitaliseringsprojecten
- Je assisteert bij besprekingen over personeelsbudgetten en bij de voorbereiding van CAO's.
- Op geregelde tijdstippen voer je benchmarks uit om de externe consistentie te bewaken
- Je bereidt informatie voor en zorgt voor de communicatie naar HR collega's, management en medewerkers over Compensation & Benefits gerelateerde onderwerpen.
- Je stuurt de payroll aan en fungeert als back-up voor de payroll
PROFIEL
- Je hebt een master denkniveau, aangevuld met sterke ervaring in een cijfermatige/ analytische HR-functie (Comp & Ben of een niet-geautomatiseerde payroll functie).
- Je combineert hierdoor een hoog financieel inzicht met sterke juridische kennis.
- Excel heeft natuurlijk (bijna) geen geheimen meer voor jou.
- En ook in het Engels kan je je best goed uitdrukken.
- Je analyseert sterk vanuit je drang naar efficiëntie, optimalisaties en verbeteringen.
- Eigenschappen als daadkrachtig, gestructureerd, integer en klantgericht kenmerken jou als geen ander.
