De digitalisering is gaande in de publieke sector, die niet alleen moet worden uitgerust met de juiste technologie, maar ook met de juiste vaardigheden en capaciteiten.
De FOD Buitenlandse Zaken is een pionier in het creëren van een meer digitale cultuur waarin medewerkers digitale tools (voornamelijk Microsoft 365) gebruiken om samen te werken in een hybride omgeving, effectieve communicatie en verbinding tussen teams mogelijk te maken, en waar ze zich op hun gemak voelen bij het leren van nieuwe tools en hun werking aanpassen. Daarbij komt nog de IT-beveiliging, die ook de kern vormt van alle initiatieven.
Er lopen momenteel veel IT-projecten die een verandering teweegbrengen en vereisen in de manier waarop eindgebruikers werken en die de cultuur van onze FOD veranderen in de richting van een meer digitale en betere bescherming van informatie en het IT-netwerk.

Tijdens je missie van 12 maanden:
- Maak je deel uit van een klein team gespecialiseerd in veranderingsondersteuning en communicatie dat Organizational Change Management (OCM) ondersteuning biedt voor alle IT-initiatieven die dit nodig hebben;
- Worden de activiteiten/projecten binnen het team verdeeld volgens vaardigheden en affiniteiten;
- Wordt er van je verwacht dat je een CM-aanpak ontwikkelt en implementeert;
- Coach je IT-leiders en projectmanagers voor aspecten van het ondersteunen van verandering voor eindgebruikers (+/- 3000 mensen verspreid over de hele wereld);
- Schrijf je publicaties bestemd voor eindgebruikers en levert een bijdrage aan de interne ICT-nieuwsbrief;
- Faciliteer je trainingen/briefings en leidt workshops, soms binnen de ICT, soms met eindgebruikers (allen met zeer verschillende profielen; bv. diplomaten, casemanagers, HR, accountants, etc.).

De stafdirectie ICT staat in voor alles wat betrekking heeft op de informatica
- en telecommunicatie ondersteuning van de FOD Buitenlandse Zaken. Dit omvat het ter beschikking stellen en moderniseren van de ICT-infrastructuur, maar ook van de telecommunicatieapparatuur en alles wat nodig is om het informaticamateriaal in lokale en wereldwijde netwerken met elkaar te laten communiceren.
Verder stelt ICT de nodige computerprogramma's ter beschikking voor de ondersteuning van verschillende werkprocessen, organiseert het de hulp aan de gebruiker via een Servicedesk en is het verantwoordelijk voor de veiligheid van ICT-systemen en -toepassingen.
Wij hebben de laatste jaren geïnvesteerd in een zeer ambitieus plan om het uitgebreide IT-netwerk performanter en veiliger te maken op basis van de modernste technologieën.
De stafdirectie ICT telt momenteel ongeveer 250 medewerkers.
**De FOD**
De FOD Buitenlandse Zaken, Buitenlandse Handel en Ontwikkelingssamenwerking behartigt, verdedigt en bevordert de belangen van België en van de Belgen in het buitenland en stimuleert de coherentie van het buitenlands optreden van België als federaal land. De FOD Buitenlandse Zaken, Buitenlandse Handel en Ontwikkelingssamenwerking streeft naar een veilige, rechtvaardige en voorspoedige wereld.
