Om onze groei te ondersteunen zijn we op zoek naar een enthousiaste en gemotiveerde customs compliance coordinator.
**Je rol**
- Je werkt in een sterk team, weet elkaar te motiveren en stimuleert een goede groepsgeest.
- Je staat in voor het plannen en organiseren van je werk binnen de afdeling zodat de processen correct worden toegepast en uitgevoerd.
- Je controleert gestructureerde en gestandaardiseerde werkmethodes.
- Je staat in voor de opvolging van de targets en performance van het douane aangifteproces.
- Je verzorgt de begeleiding (douane kennis & bewustwording) van de medewerkers van andere afdelingen.
- Je streeft naar een continue procesverbetering, dit door middel van analyse, verbetervoorstellen en implementatie.
- Je introduceert gestructureerde en gestandaardiseerde werkmethodes.
- Je verzekert een goede informatiedoorstroom en staat voor een open communicatie met de diverse teams.
- Je coördineert en organiseert opdrachten die douane specifiek zijn.
- Je neemt verantwoordelijkheid voor de begeleiding van de douane bij controle.
- Douane documenten van goederen verzamelen
Een dossier van de activiteit samenstellen (transit, douane, accijnzen,...).
- Documenten voor internationaal goederenverkeer opstellen en controleren (douanefactuur, unieke administratieve aangifte,...)
- De administratieve formaliteiten vervullen voor een transportdienst
- De facturering van transit
- of douaneactiviteiten voorbereiden, opvolgen of controleren (betaling leveranciers, douaneheffingen, aangifte van uitwisselingen van goederen,...)
- Klanten informeren en adviseren over de formaliteiten voor internationaal goederenverkeer (wettelijke bepalingen, belastingen, waarborgen,...)
- Specifieke dossiers behandelen of ze aan de betreffende dienst overmaken (geschillen,...)
- Interne controle op opmaak, aanzuivering in registratie door diverse afdelingen. Analyseren van flows, screening nieuwe klanten en voorstellen van verbeteringen.
**Welk profiel zoeken we**
- Je hebt een gevorderde kennis van MS Office.
- Je bent communicatief en organisatorisch sterk.
- Je hebt kennis van de wetgeving inzake douane, accijnzen en de berekening van de verschuldigde invoerrechten, accijnzen, BTW en andere rechten.
- Je spreekt en schrijft vlot Nederlands, Engels en Frans.
- minimum hoger secundair onderwijs of bachelor logistiek management.
- relevante werkervaring - minimum 3 jaar.
