De **verantwoordelijkheden** voor deze functie als **Paralegal Officer **zijn:
- Je volgt de interne en externe vervaldata op;
- Je beheert en verwerkt de data in de databases;
- Je volgt de interne procedures op;
- Je stelt mails op naar klanten, agenten en administratie;
- Je stelt facturen op.
De vereiste **kwalificaties** voor de functie als **Paralegal Officer **zijn:
- Je bent in het bezit van een bachelor diploma;
- Je hebt een vloeiende kennis van het Nederlands en een goede kennis van het Engels;
- Je kunt vlot overweg met alle Microsoft Office applicaties (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook);
- Je hebt tussen 2 à 5 jaar beroepservaring in de opvolging van dossiers;
- Je bent leergierig en hebt een open geest;
- Je werkt nauwkeurig en hebt oog voor detail;
- Je werkt zelfstandig en kan je gemakkelijk integreren in een klein team.
