A leading global healthcare company is seeking a Supply Chain Transfer Specialist to join their team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to drive seamless product transfers and optimize supply chain processes within a dynamic organization.
As the Supply Chain Transfer Specialist, you will be responsible for implementing supply chain transfer projects and representing all PLAN functions in the End-to-End (E2E) Transfer Project team. Your primary goal will be to ensure supply reliability during project implementation while mitigating any potential negative impacts from organizational changes.
**Key Responsibilities**:
Develop and execute transfer implementation plans in collaboration with cross-functional teams
Coordinate supply chain activities during the implementation phase
Lead supply meetings with sending and receiving plant teams
Manage stock-build planning based on transfer timelines and customer requirements
Provide clear communication to key stakeholders and extended team members
Proactively manage transfer risks and execute scenarios to sustain customer supply
Escalate issues when agreed implementation timelines are at risk
Collaborate with Local Operating Companies, Production sites, Regulatory Affairs, Quality, and Product Artwork teams
**Qualifications**:
Master's degree in Supply Chain Management (preferred)
Minimum 3 years of supply chain experience, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry
In-depth understanding of End-to-End Supply Chain processes and interdependencies across functions
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, including presentation abilities
Proficiency in SAP ERP systems; familiarity with OMP is a plus
High proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project)
Strong influencing and relationship-building skills
Ability to manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced, matrix environment
Proactive, autonomous work style with a 'can-do' attitude
Keen eye for detail while maintaining a big-picture perspective
