**Functie**:
Je bent samen met de Manager Insurance verantwoordelijk voor de performance van de gehele afdeling en stuurt op de volgende resultaten: Kwaliteit, Productiviteit, Klanttevredenheid en Planning. Daarnaast beheers je het financiële proces en behoud je het overzicht van alle uitstaande reserveringen van de claims afdeling. Je weet je planning, resources en processen zo in te richten dat optimale kwantitatieve en kwalitatieve resultaten behaald worden.
Je voert de volgende werkzaamheden uit:
Zorgdragen dat medewerkers beschikken over de juiste tools om kwalitatief juist hun werk werk uit te voeren;
Je stelt een framework op van KPI’s zodat de afdeling Claims de transitie kan maken naar de toekomst;
Implementeren van processen en KPI’s zodat de gewenste resultaten behaald worden;
Continue verbeteren van processen aan de hand van analyses en rapportages;
Zorgdragen voor een evenwichtige planning gedurende het jaar rekening houdend met seizoens-schommelingen;
**Profiel**:
- Je bent perfect tweetalig (Nederlands
- Frans) en kan je ook vloeiend uitdrukken in het Engels;
- Een bewezen ervaring in de verzekeringssector en meer bepaald in het beheren van schadedossiers is een must;
- Je hebt ervaring in teammanagement en coaching (min 2 jaar);
- Je bent een helicopterview, en bent tevens in om af te dalen naar het operationele process;
- Je bent in staat om goede rapportages op te stellen in Excel.
- Goede sociale, communicatieve en analytische vaardigheden;
- Het zoeken van oplossingen is je tweede natuur;
- Je bent stressbestendig
