Wat ga je doen?
Als Second Line Support Officer speel je een belangrijke rol in ons Customer Care-team, zowel aan de frontoffice als de backoffice.
Een concreet overzicht van jouw taken:
- Vanuit de tweede lijn sta je telefonisch klanten en leveranciers te woord. Je behandelt complexere vragen die in de eerste lijn niet opgelost konden worden en vraagt een gespecialiseerde aanpak.
- Je stelt rapporten op voor klanten, bijvoorbeeld payrollrapportages.
- Je werkt nauw samen met je collega’s, zoals de Fines Experts, en ondersteunt hen waar nodig bij hun taken.

- Je hebt uitstekende schrijf
- en communicatieskills in het Nederlands, Frans en Engels.
- Je bent sterk in administratie en werkt nauwkeurig.
- Je hebt een analytische aanpak en kunt complexe omgevingen goed doorgronden.
- Ervaring in de leasingsector of met boeteverwerking is een pluspunt, maar geen vereiste.
