For our EMEA Headquarters in Zaventem, we are currently looking for a **Product Master Data Specialist**.
**Responsibilities**:
As Product Master Data Specialist, you will act as a business partner to various departments (EMEA and local teams supporting 26 EMEA markets) and assume responsibility for the correct flow of Product and Customer Master Data to SAP.
In this role you will be working on two main areas:
1) Master data management:
- Partner with Product Marketing and Business Marketing on Price setting for the new and existing Nu Skin EMEA product range, as part of normal business as well as with promotions and special events
- Support the Finance Director in the decision-making process relating to price setting and achieving sustainable / required margins
- Perform the necessary accuracy and compliance checks on Product & Customer Master Data elements and translate those into SAP transactions for EMEA
- Make sure that the to-be-documented-content is provided and approved by the right people in the organization
- Closely coordinate with Corporate Master Data Team the setup of new products
- Update and maintain submission forms required for EMEA product setups
- Support Sales, Marketing, the Market and FP&A (Financial Planning & Analysis) team with a price database for the Sales estimate and Margin Contribution calculation.
2) Continuous improvement
- Constantly improve processes, controls, documentation
- Train all personnel who produce, change or request Product & Customer Master Data elements
- Assist or coordinate ad-hoc projects as identified
Must Have Requirements
- Bachelor or Master degree
- Very good knowledge of English, both written and verbal. Any one other European language is considered a plus
- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office, excellent knowledge of Excel
- First experience with SAP or any other ERP system, or highly computer savvy
- First experience in process improvement, mapping and/or project management
