**(Junior) Unified Communications Consultant**

As Unified Communication Consultant, you will be responsible for the technical implementation and project follow-up of a future-proof communication solution that automates and bundles all business communications. To this end, you will focus entirely on the user experience, ease of use and scalability of the unified cloud communication platform.

**Targeted group**:several starting to junior, hands-on, technical consultants who are customer-centric, t-shaped and are dedicated to customer satisfaction.

**Tech involved**:SIP, network protocols, Voice, VoIP, Telepo, appreciation of VDSL, GPON, MPLS.

**The job in several words**: Integration, Implementation, documenting, project management for TELEPO Solutions.

**Responsibilities**:
**We don’t ask that you’re a master in all of the following, but that you’re good at some, and willing to learn in others**:

- Collaborate with customers to understand their communication needs and provide tailored TELEPO solutions.
- Conduct testing and quality assurance to guarantee the functionality and performance of deployed solutions.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of implemented solutions, configurations, and troubleshooting procedures.
- Generate regular status reports and project updates for stakeholders to ensure transparency and progress tracking.
- Take ownership of projects and ensure timely delivery within the defined scope and budget.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to streamline project workflows and meet project milestones.
- Proactively identify and resolve any project risks or issues that may arise during the implementation phase.
- Provide technical support to clients and internal teams during and after the implementation process.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in electronics, information technology, networking
- Fluency in French or Dutch, plus English for effective communication with clients and team members;
- (preferred) knowledge of Voice, VoIP, and SIP protocols to troubleshoot and configure TELEPO solutions effectively.
- Previous experience with Unified Communications (UCAAS), VoIP, and SIP protocols is preferred;
- Starters are welcome: hands-on mentality, thirst for learning and growth, excellent communicator in French or Dutch and English;
- A cool head under pressure.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: Up to €4,000.00 per month

Supplemental pay types:

- 13th month salary
- Vacation money
