Fugro in Belgium offer specialized consultancy and engineering services in both land and marine environments. We are currently seeking a a highly motivated and talented individual to join our team as a Recruitment Intern. This is a 6-month internship that will provide you with the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in recruiting and onboarding processes.
Job Summary
The key roles and responsibilities associated with this position include:
- Support the onboarding process for new hires, including coordinating pre-employment checks, preparing welcome packs and organizing orientation sessions
- Assist with various HR administrative tasks related to recruitment or onboarding as needed
- Collaborate with team members to continuously improve our recruitment and onboarding processes
Key Skills
Applicants will have demonstrable excellent technical, organizational and communication skills, with a desire to continually learn and develop.
The key requirements are:
- Holding a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, law or related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Fluent in English. proficiency in Dutch and/or French are nice-to-have
Location
Louvain-la-Neuve (Belgium).
