IT-Planet is een gespecialiseerd informatica projectsourcing bedrijf, gelegen te Gent. We zijn actief bij diverse grote klanten over heel Vlaanderen en Brussel in volgende ICT-domeinen: Application Development, Infrastructure Services & Software Testing. Om ons team van 180 medewerkers te versterken zijn we momenteel op zoek naar een **IT Technical Support Agent** om aan de slag te gaan bij onze klant in **Brussel.**

Functie
Doel van de functie:
Het betrokken IT-team zorgt voor 1e en 2e lijns ondersteuning voor alle interne werkstations, printers, mobiele en vaste telefoons, netwerkverbindingen,om te allen tijde operationele uitmuntendheid te garanderen.
- Interne technische ondersteuningsrol, oplossen van problemen en dagelijkse kwesties die duidelijk de reikwijdte van zijn ondersteuning definiëren volgens het werkplekbeleid;
- Oproepen en mails ontvangen door het support team moeten worden gecodeerd in onze ticketing tool;
- Verdere IT Care processen verbeteren en documenteren (ITIL en ISO27K certificering).
Takenpakket
- Nieuwe en gebruikte werkstations installeren en configureren; meer bepaald standaard image en specifieke softwarepakketten installeren, profielen configureren en testen;
- Werkstations onderhouden, herstellen, vervangen of vernieuwen en zorgen voor datamigratie;
- Interne gebruikers ondersteuning bieden bij dagelijkse problemen die hard
- en software-eisen behandelen volgens het werkstationbeleid;
- De veiligheid waarborgen door zorg te dragen voor antivirussystemen;
- Een actuele inventaris garanderen van pc-apparatuur, werkstations, printers;
- Technische ondersteuning bieden voor printers;
- Contactpersoon zijn voor leveranciers.
Functie-eisen
- Minstens 1 jaar ervaring in een gelijkaardige functie ;
- Bij voorkeur een bachelor in computerwetenschappen, engineering of informatica, of gelijkwaardig niveau door ervaring verworven ;
- Een goede kennis en een grote interesse in IT-tools.
- Je bent: Vloeiend in zowel Frans als Nederlands met een goed begrip van IT-gerelateerd Engels ;
- Klantgericht;
- Een goede luisteraar, in staat om de interne klanteneisen effectief op te vangen en te documenteren ;
- Assertief in het bepalen van de omvang van uw ondersteuning, in overeenstemming met het werkplekbeleid ;
- In staat om met de stress van uw klant om te gaan en deze te verlichten ;
- In staat om prioriteiten te stellen.
