Jouw team maakt deel uit van de afdeling Claims Non-Life, het kloppende hart van ons bedrijf. Hier worden de agentschappen en klanten telefonisch bijgestaan, de schadedossiers geopend en opgevolgd. Excellente kwaliteit en uitmuntende dienstverlening daar staan wij garant voor.
De job in een notendop
Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de operationele leiding en coaching van een team schadebeheerders.
Dit betekent:
- Naar het team toe: objectieven stellen, werk plannen en organiseren, opvolgen van kwantiteit en kwaliteit;
- Naar de individuele medewerkers toe: hen motiveren, hen voorzien van de nodige middelen (opleidingen), hen regelmatig evalueren op basis van individuele doelstellingen en waken over hun verdere ontwikkeling;
- Informatie overdracht via individueel overleg en groepsoverleg;
- Faciliteren van verandering en stimuleren van de teamleden om klantgericht te werken;
- Overleg plegen met collega’s van de andere teams binnen de afdeling Claims Non-Life en meewerken aan projecten op afdelingsniveau;
- Je rapporteert aan het management en draagt de waarden en visie van het bedrijf en de afdeling uit.

- Je beschikt over een diploma hoger onderwijs en hebt ervaring met leidinggeven in een operationele omgeving;
- Je hebt een goede kennis van de verzekeringen, in het bijzonder van het “Car” product;
- Je bent tweetalig NL/FR, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk;Je bent een gedreven teamplayer, sterke communicator, uitdagend, maar ook empathisch;
- Tegelijk ben je ook resultaatsgericht en hou je de doelen, waarheen je je team zo autonoom mogelijk laat evolueren, continu in de gaten;
- Je hebt oog voor de persoonlijke noden en ontwikkeling van je medewerkers, motiveert hen en begeleidt hen in hun taakuitvoering;
- Je bent in staat om kritisch en creatief na te denken over processen, procedures en tools om de dienstverlening continu te optimaliseren;
- Je bent stressbestendig, ziet opportuniteiten en staat open voor verandering.
