**The Business**
Within Advanced Therapies Supply Chain we are launching our first cell therapy and to meet patient needs, we are expanding our supply chain footprint to increase manufacturing capacity. We believe young talents can add tremendous value in supporting the many strategic initiatives happening in this environment.
**The Program**
The Young Graduate Development Program is a three-year rotational program designed to introduce recent graduates to all aspects of the Advanced Therapies Supply Chain of Johnson & Johnson in Beerse or Ghent. The trainee will be assigned to any of the following departments:
- Manufacturing Excellence
- Vein to Vein Logistics
- Planning
- Operations
- Quality
During the first two years the trainee rotates every 12 months across the different departments to maximize learning and personal growth. The third year consists of a final placement. Each rotation is tailored to the trainee’s talent and development opportunities and the business needs.
Only strategically important responsibilities are given to the trainee. The content depends on the company’s current strategy and the trainee’s skill set. In addition to projects, the trainee will also be assigned a functional role within a specific department in order to get acquainted with the day-to-day workings from different perspectives. In this way, the trainee will get to know the organization and build an internal network. By creating a general overview of the business, the young graduate will be ready for a new challenge within the Johnson & Johnson Supply Chain organization.
**The Support**
The trainee receives support for every project and can count on the experience of his or her Assignment Manager within the assigned functional department.
Moreover, the Program focuses on personal development. Throughout the rotations the trainee is coached by the same Development Manager, focusing on a tailor-made development plan to fit his or her ambitions and aspirations. Both hard and soft skills, internal and external opportunities are offered to prepare the trainee for a successful further career.
**Qualifications**:

- You have a Master’s degree in Engineering or Supply chain
- You are a fresh graduate or have up to 2 years working experience with a strong interest in Production & Supply Chain.
- An additional Master in Management is considered as a plus to develop the necessary business acumen.
- You have an innate drive to make the difference and achieve results. Thanks to your analytical skills you manage to understand complex issues and related business needs.
- We expect decisiveness, brain power and drive to deal with various issues and projects simultaneously.
- Thanks to your communicative and interpersonal skills you manage to work together with different levels of our organization.
- You are fluent in English and Dutch.
