**BEO Architecten** breidt uit We zijn een **architectenbureau, **gelegen in **Sint-Niklaas**, actief in verschillende sectoren. Wij begeleiden de klanten met een persoonlijke aanpak, van voorontwerp tot oplevering. Ons bureau staat voor hoogstaande architectuur.

**TAKENPAKKET**
Als **architect**/ **ir. architect **ben je de spilfiguur doorheen de volledige architectenopdracht. Je volgt alles op van A tot Z.
- Samen met de zaakvoerder Tom volg je het intakegesprek mee met de klant.
- Je staat in voor de opmaak van het voorontwerp.
- Je dient de omgevingsvergunning online in bij het omgevingsloket.
- Je werkt het volledige uitvoeringsdossier uit, na goedkeuring van de omgevingsvergunning.
- Voor jouw projecten ben je het aanspreekpunt voor bouwheer en alle bouwpartners.
- Je doet de opvolging en coördinatie van de werken.
**NAAR WIE ZIJN WE OP ZOEK?**
- **Wij zoeken een gedreven collega met een passie voor architectuur en design**
- Je beschikt over een diploma Architect/IR Architect.
- Je kan minimum een eerste werkervaring voorleggen, voeling met projectontwikkeling is een meerwaarde.
- Een goede kennis van Autocad en SketchUp is vereist, kennis van Revit is een pluspunt.
- Je bent een aangenaam en positief ingesteld persoon die goed functioneert in teamverband.
- Je ziet de complexiteit van de job als een uitdaging en bent een organisatorisch talent.
- Je werkt punctueel en kan zelfstandig werken.
- Je bent leergierig, oplossingsgericht en communicatief en gaat met volle enthousiasme aan de slag.
